Visit to Isha‘at-ul-Uloom Association

The Nahnu Lakum American Foundation conducted an official visit to the Isha‘at-ul-Uloom Association in Akalkuwa, India, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration with leading educational and humanitarian institutions.

During the visit, meetings were held with the founders and senior leadership of the association, including Sheikh Ghulam Vastanvi (رحمه الله), the originator of the idea and founder of the association, Sheikh Huzayfah Vastanvi, the deputy head, along with other working members and administrative leaders representing various departments.

The delegation also visited the Darain Bus Project in Gujarat—an innovative mobile education initiative designed to provide learning opportunities to children living in extremely poor informal villages through a school bus that reaches them daily.

Through in-depth meetings and on-site observations, the foundation gained firsthand insight into the association’s achievements, operational structure, and long-standing impact on education and community development.
